CACHAÇA ENCOMENDA REAL OURO CARVALHO

Encomenda Real originated from the collaboration of friends Leonam Pereira and Vinícius Amadei. They met in 2006 while studying pharmacy at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), and their friendship flourished. By 2011, the project gained momentum with the acquisition of their first mill and still. On Leonam's family farm in Cruzília, southern Minas, their vision materialized and eventually reached the market. The name Encomenda Real pays homage to the Estrada Real region. Cachaça Encomenda Real Ouro 700ml is aged for one year in European oak barrels and has a 38% alcohol content. Its high quality stems from strict manufacturing oversight, encompassing sugarcane planting through rigorous post-distillation quality checks in a copper still. Tasting notes: a pale yellow color, with a blend of fruity, herbal, and nutty aromas. On the palate, it's sweet, providing a liqueur-like, velvety sensation.
