This cachaça originates from the municipality of Salinas, in the state of Minas Gerais, recognized as the national cachaça capital. Following its production, it is transported to Glaura, a town within the historic city of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, where it rests and matures in European oak barrels for six years at a consistent temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Sensory profile: a golden yellow hue, aromatic qualities, notes of dried fruit, apricot, honey, vanilla, a subtle oak presence, balanced acidity and sweetness, good body, and a smooth, elegant finish with medium persistence.
