Notably, the founder and Director of Coral Brasil, Pablo Alles Rey, is a Uruguayan residing in Rio Grande do Sul. A passionate cachaça enthusiast, he established this venture to promote the qualities of this traditional Brazilian spirit through brand expansion, professional training, and consumer education, thereby broadening the market for high-quality cachaça and showcasing its versatility in cocktails and cuisine. With an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, in June 2020, during the Covid pandemic, Coral Brasil collaborated with Scoop & Spirits Sorvetes Alcoólicos to launch an application for its customers and fans.
