The founder and Director of Coral Brasil, Pablo Alles Rey, a Uruguayan residing in Rio Grande do Sul, is a cachaça enthusiast who chose this venture to promote our national spirit. He aims to expand the brand, train professionals, and educate consumers, thereby growing the market for quality cachaça and showcasing its versatility in cocktails and cuisine. With an innovative and entrepreneurial drive, Coral Brasil launched a consumer app in June 2020 during the Covid pandemic, in collaboration with the brand Scoop & Spirits Sorvetes Alcoólicos.
