Tyrone Rubin 3.5

The origin of this cachaça dates back to 1979 when a father began sourcing bulk cachaça for his establishments, bottling and sometimes infusing it before selling it individually. His son established the company in 2017, specializing in this area, and launched this cachaça in 2022, applying his acquired knowledge. Production was outsourced to a still in the southern Minas Gerais region, which also produces another cachaça. This expression is a blend aged in three distinct noble woods: Amburana, Bálsamo, and European oak. It presents a bright, slightly greenish golden-yellow color, is highly aromatic, and reveals notes of spices like anise, cinnamon, and cloves, along with sweet vanilla and wood undertones, and a light menthol character. On the palate, it's sweet, subtly spicy, slightly alcoholic, and smooth with a velvety texture. The finish is pleasantly medium to long.
