Located in Balneário Piçarras, Santa Catarina, the still that makes Cachaça Casa Petro is found. From sugarcane juice, cachaça emerges, stemming from a family tradition starting in the 40s and continuing through generations, linked to Santa Catarina's heritage. In 2018, Casa Petro Alambique was established through the partnership of the Petters and Romani Families. It's a modern still with an impressive setup, featuring state-of-the-art equipment. This Alembic was specifically designed to host beverage enthusiasts, bridging the gap from production to the tasting experience. Cachaça Ouro, also known as Cachaça Amarela, is a distilled spirit from Brazil aged in French oak barrels. This aging imparts a golden hue and distinct flavor notes. French oak, with its fine grain and dense structure, creates a complex interaction with the spirit, yielding mellow hints of vanilla, spices, and even subtle undertones of dried fruits. Maturing in this premium wood adds layers of sophistication and richness to the cachaça's profile, making it a favored selection among discerning drinkers.
