The Caraçuípe Cachaça honors the Coutinho family's legacy. Behind the product lies a revival of tradition and family expertise passed down through generations, positioning Alagoas as a top cachaça producer. Driven to restore his family's history, sugarcane grower Renato Coutinho pursued his grandfather Antonio and uncle Benedito's ambition from 1933 when they acquired the mill. Even then, the brothers maintained insightful discussions about life and work, achieving success in sugar ventures. Caraçuípe Prata Cachaça, aged six months in stainless steel, forms the foundation for cask-aged cachaça, ensuring high quality and a distinct experience. It offers a smooth flavor with slightly floral and herbal scents, sugarcane sweetness, balanced alcohol, and a medium finish. It complements nuts and meat, particularly pork preparations.
