Cachaça Capim Cheiroso Topázio 500ml is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, one year in jequitibá barrels (a Brazilian wood), and one year in oak vats. It is light and has an alcohol content of 40%. This is an elegant Cachaça, featuring notes of dried fruit, spices, and vanilla. It can be enjoyed neat or in caipirinhas, shakes, and other cocktails. It is produced in Santa Bárbara, Minas Gerais, at the base of the impressive Serra do Caraça. The outcome of its creator's extensive experience in business management and his passion for a piece of land in one of Brazil's most beautiful regions, the project began to yield results in May 2011, when the first batch of Cachaça Capim Cheiroso was distilled.
