CACHAÇA CAPIM CHEIROSO CRISTAL

This Cachaça rests for six months in stainless steel tanks and then another year in jequitibá barrels (Brazilian wood). It's light and 40% ABV. This is a refined spirit, suitable for sipping straight or for use in caipirinhas, shakes, and mixed drinks. It originates from Santa Bárbara, Minas Gerais, at the base of the stunning Serra do Caraça. The outcome of its maker's extensive business management background and deep affection for a parcel of land in one of Brazil's most beautiful areas, the venture started yielding results in May 2011 with the first batch of Cachaça Capim Cheiroso emerging from the stills.
