Another cachaça, unfortunately, for which little information is available online. Cachaça Brinco de Prata comes from Salinas, a city in northern Minas Gerais. The spirit has 40% ABV and is aged in jequitibá barrels. This neutral Brazilian wood allows the spirit to maintain a clear, transparent look as it doesn't impart color.
