Bocaina Castanheira Cachaça is a pot-distilled spirit made in 1992 in Lavras, Minas Gerais. This cachaça is matured for 24 months in Castanheira (chestnut wood) barrels. It is known for being light, smooth, with a straw-yellow color and a sweet, woody aroma reminiscent of Brazil nut. It has an alcohol content of 40%. The Castanheira wood imparts a gentle flavor and woody characteristics. Origin: Lavras / Minas Gerais. Alcohol content: 40% vol.
