CACHAÇA BLEND NORDESTINO LOTE 03

This marks the third release of a collaborative venture, with previous editions completely sold out! This blend embodies a partnership of excellence among five premier cachaça producers in the Northeast. Sanhaçu contributes its expertise with jequitibá-rosa, while Matriarca (BA), Gogó da Ema (AL), and Engenho Nobre (PB) provided their stainless steel cachaças, and Gregório (PB) added freijó. Beyond an exceptional blend, this project showcases cooperation among cachaça producers, fostering innovation to advance the Northeast. After preparation, the blend rested for 1 year in stainless steel before bottling. The 46% ABV is very well incorporated and not noticeable. It has a light yellow hue, is aromatic, with cane sweetness, a hint of wood, spices, raisins, and a long finish. Found on the Nuvemshop website.
