Cachaça Biquinha Ouro 600ml has been produced by hand since 1981 in the "cachaça capital," Salinas, located in northern Minas Gerais. At 39% alcohol, the distillate is stored in balsam barrels and possesses a striking woody aroma and flavor. It has a straw-yellow color, with notes of anise, fennel, alcohol, balanced acidity and sugar, and a medium-length finish. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
