The Brazilian spirits producer still has much to learn from European (Scotch whisky), North American (Bourbon and Tennessee whiskey), and even Mexican (Mezcal and Tequila) traditions. Unfortunately, most Brazilian cachaças lack label, internet, or social media information. This particular one, for instance, was produced in the city of Patrocínio, Minas Gerais state, aged in oak, and no further details about the producer or cachaça were found. Tasting Notes: pale yellow, aromas of dried fruit, spices, honey, noticeable sweetness in the integrated alcohol, and a medium finish.
