Chandler Severson 4.0

The still used for this cachaça is located in Salinas, Minas Gerais, a renowned producing region in Brazil that also holds specific GI/IP (Geographical Indication of Origin) status for cachaça. To mellow the spirit, it is initially rested in Jequitibá and Ipê barrels before being aged in Bálsamo barrels. After two years of maturation in Brazilian wood, the cachaça is released for sale. It possesses a straw-yellow hue, a light citrus profile, and is aromatic, floral, fruity, and herbal, with delicate notes of anise, fennel, alcohol, balanced sugar and acidity, integrated alcohol, and a long, elegant finish.
