Unfortunately, I found limited online information about this cachaça or its producer. The still making the cachaça is named Salicana and is situated in the renowned Salinas region, within the state of Minas Gerais. Salinas is recognized as a Cachaça Origin Indication certified in Brazil. Sensory evaluation: pale yellow hue, aromatic, woody, with anise, fennel, a vegetal hint, noticeable but integrated alcohol, low acidity, and a medium finish.
