This was my second time trying this cachaça, and the first time was better. Unfortunately, the contents of this bottle were not balanced; even though it was recently opened, the alcohol was not present, suggesting a problem with the screw cap's seal. This is another cachaça with little available information. It's a blend of oak, amburana, and ipê—woods that impart flavor and aroma to the distillate, as well as a straw-yellow hue.
