This is actually a 1997 rum cask finish... The aroma has apples and honey. The taste is sweet, with caramel and fruit. I can't say I'm a fan.

About this bottle
This limited release from Bushmills is part of its Causeway Collection series. It originated in 1994 and was aged for six years in third-fill bourbon barrels before being transferred to first-fill bourbon barrels for an additional 21 years. Bottled at 52.1% cask strength, it is presented without chill filtration, with only 678 bottles produced. This release occurred in December 2021.
