Upon the initial contact with the tip of your tongue, a pleasant sweet hit of the Pinot Noir is perceived. This is followed by notes of oak, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is lengthy, and the bite is fantastic at 123 proof. I'm very pleased I managed to acquire this before it became unavailable in the market.
