I appreciate the sweet vanilla & caramel on the nose, topped with the richness from the Pinot Noir wine barrels. A really intriguing complexity of scents. The taste is creamy, rich, and smooth with a pleasant welcome of caramel cream at the start that then shifts into a finish of the Pinot Noir wine combined with oak wood/wine barrels toward the end. The actual finish is very pleasing and there are no signs of dryness or tannins that can come with some wines. On a scale of 1-5, I give this a 3.75.
