COLOUR Very pale yellow BODY Full-bodied, takes time to develop viscosity NOSE Caramel, apples PALATE Sweet and spicy apple, light FINISH Short warmth
First time I encountered papaya on the nose in a whisky. This is a malty spirit, robust and very well rounded. A good one!
Extremely subtle flavor, so much so that a hint of rubbing alcohol is detectable.
Nose has a light peat character. Peaty flavor. A sweeter peat taste. Lightly smoky.
Discreet nose, but a seductive, round mouth with vanilla and brioche.
