Originally rated 2.0 stars. Now 0.25 - disgusting. The smell has a very strong farmyard character. Like baby goats, a horse stable, recently turned earth, and decomposing wood chips. Possibly some mushrooms. This is extremely unusual. It's supposed to be heavily peated, but I have to search hard to find any smoke. This has been open for a month and I've had three separate glasses. Typically, I wait until a bottle is finished to assess how it changes with air and performs in different situations and moods. I'm not sure I'll finish this bottle. This leans more towards the uncommon and odd end of unique, rather than rare and exceptional.
