Toby New 3.0

Another Colorado bourbon during my Colorado trip. When in Rome… Appearance: pale yellow, thin legs Nose: hay and butter. There's a scent somewhat like wood glue, but it's not unpleasant. First taste neat: grass and corn. This is not a sweet bourbon. A hint of black pepper. With water: the grassiness becomes more pronounced, but more like hay. Finish: short, slightly spicy Not my favorite, as I generally prefer sweeter bourbons. I suspect beer enthusiasts might enjoy this one.

Ilene Cruz 2.5

This spirit presents a pleasing gold hue with moderately thin, slick legs. The aroma seems a bit immature. There are hints of caramel, grapes, and grassiness; quite straightforward. The texture is light. And notes of red apple, alcohol, and honey dominate the uncomplicated taste. The finish is sharp and somewhat tart, lasting a moderate duration. Cheers!

Arabella Milligan 3.5

Aroma - dried fruit and floral notes, red apple, deep honey, butterscotch syrup, and a hint of spice Flavor - spice and barrel tannins, some caramel and apple juice, with a touch of honey and vanilla Finish - dry, warm, with some sweetness and a subtle lingering spice
