This is my first time tasting a rum, so I'll do my best with the tasting notes. Nose: ethanol, brown sugar, and tropical fruit. Taste: fairly dry and astringent, with a bit of spice and more fruitiness. Finish: short but with some fruity tartness and a touch of brown sugar.
Acetone on the nose, taste is sweet and light with vanilla notes that intensify over time. The mouthfeel is light.
Scent of cork and oak Thin consistency Straightforward and simple Column-distilled young spirit Aged for 2 years in ex-bourbon barrels (molasses).
