About this bottle
Boann Distillery, a family-run establishment in Co. Meath, Ireland, introduced a set of three single pot still whiskeys in mid-2024. Each was crafted using a blend of Irish-grown grains: malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye. The initial maturation for this expression occurred in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels for three years, followed by a finish in Superiore & Fine Marsala butts made from French oak. This whiskey, at 47% ABV, is scheduled for US release in January 2025 with a suggested retail price of $69.
