About this bottle
The Blaum brothers, located in the far northwest of Illinois, produce a range of craft spirits, including both aged and unaged gin varieties. Unlike many large producers who use a pre-made neutral grain base, these siblings create their own vodka from locally sourced wheat and rye. This vodka serves as the foundation for their gin. Unusually, each botanical is distilled individually and then blended to achieve the ideal extraction for each ingredient.
