On the nose - citrus fruits, vanilla, green herbal notes, and the faintest hint of smoke. Initial taste - a powerful burst of oranges and red fruits. Toffee and smooth fudge. Despite the high 59.1% ABV, there's no harshness, though a little water certainly helps enhance the flavor. There's a pleasant tartness to the finish, well-balanced with lingering sweet, dark fruit. The biggest drawback to this whisky is the limited production of only 114 bottles. If you come across one, get it!
