This elegant Agave Spirit was produced in Jalisco, Mexico, at Integradora San Agustin [NOM 1547]. It was aged in used Jack Daniels barrels for just under a year in stainless steel. The aroma has notes of baked agave, fruits, wood, herbs, and spices. The taste is herbal, with notes of citrus, honey, and peppermint. It finishes quickly and is balanced, with hints of white pepper, oak, vanilla, sour mash, and smoke. From August 2023.
