About this bottle

Big Bottom's Barlow Trail is a distinctive blend of three sourced American whiskeys. Bottled at 91 proof, this no-age-statement whiskey honors Ted Pappas, the founder, and his classmates from the Citadel's 1991 graduating class. Pappas, who leads the Oregon Distillers Guild, named the company after protected woodlands surrounding Mount Hood. Big Bottom actively supports wildlife protection and conservation efforts in its local Oregon community.

Hadley Erickson 4.0

This is enjoyable; it's sugary with hints of honey and vanilla. There's a touch of warmth, but it doesn't detract from the mellowness. A bit of spice appears on the finish... I'm into this!

Wyatt Carmona 4.0

Actually the Delta Rye Wonderfully spicy, somewhat like burnside rye

Precious Carey 3.0

A soft taste, sweet with a hint of bitterness on the sip, followed by a quick spicy burn.

Merlin Medlin 4.0

Sweet like butterscotch with a vanilla taste and a late finish.

Selina Rico 2.0

It's quite sharp and seems stronger than its stated proof.

Miguel Portillo 3.0

Resembles an Irish style
