Extremely smooth and flavorful. You can definitely detect the grain in this one. It's almost like consuming buttered toast. Drink it neat or combine with the 4 Grain Bourbon for an especially remarkable experience.

About this bottle
Laws Whiskey House, a grain-to-glass operation located in Denver, Colorado, utilizes heirloom grains from family-owned Colorado farms for all its whiskeys. The Tricticum Straight Wheat Whiskey is made with 100% soft white Centennial wheat grown in Colorado. The distillery employs open-air fermentation and a double distillation process using a Vendome four-plate pot/column still. It matures for a minimum of 3 years in 53-gallon new American white oak barrels and is bottled at 50% ABV.

This wheat spirit has a deep richness! Notes of wild cherry purée, Dominican smoke, and golden-brown baked pie crust. Enjoyed throughout the weekend in Rosemary Beach, FL, 2018.
Yikes. Overly oaky, reminiscent of raw timber. It's reminiscent of tequila in a cocktail.
Possessing a wheaty and sweet profile. Delightful flavors and a fantastic Wheat Whiskey!
Well-made, but not a spirit I need to keep in my collection.
More burn than I presently desire.
