This American whiskey is one of twelve bottlings in Berkshire Mountain Distillers' Craft Brewers Whiskey Project, with each release being a distillation of a single craft beer. Spencer Brewery Trappist Ale was distilled for this particular release and has been aged since 2015. It was released in February 2021.
