About this bottle

Benromach, a Speyside distillery established in 1898, has undergone name and ownership changes over its history. Gordon & Macphail currently owns it, having acquired it in 1992, with their first release in May 2004. This 1976 vintage was produced while DCL held ownership. It was bottled in 2012 after aging in first-fill and refill sherry casks.

Audra Barnard 4.0

Not my top choice from Speyside, but quite good. Nearly as smoky as an Islay.
