It has a very light straw color and a delicate nose, with a hint of mineral and citrus. The taste is cinnamon mixed with lemongrass. The mouthfeel is fascinating, like a wave of warm pepper and cinnamon spice, with smooth, gentle apple and shortbread flavors coming through the middle. A touch of sugar appears on the finish.
