Nose: Sweet floral notes like elderflower, crisp green apple. Touches of white pepper. On the way back, I get freshly baked warm white bread. Palate: Creamy feel. Freshly cut pears first with a danish pastry and cinnamon dusting. Finish: Oaky, white pepper heat that fades to leave flaked almond and orchard fruit. Cinnamon appears again.
