About this bottle
Indiana- Just like its bourbon counterpart, Bellis Rye undergoes a proprietary distillation process to separate out fusel alcohols from the ethanol. The high-rye mash used in Bellis Rye creates a spicier flavor profile when compared to the sweet corn mash used in their bourbon.
