The infinite barrel project is one of the most impressive initiatives I've witnessed from a whiskey company. My specific bottle was wonderfully complex, had a moderate heat level, and after a few minutes of air, drank like a rich, intricate, and velvety whiskey. I considered $65 to be a great deal for the quality.
