The aroma is complex, similar to the hokkaido, but sweeter with cane sugar. The palate has a sweet, scotch-like flavor, with the sweetness being deeper than the aroma, closer to maple syrup or caramel. It has a medium-light body and a long finish that allows the sweetness to linger, characteristic of other Bainbridge whiskies.
