About this bottle

Atticus Jones is a straight rye whiskey produced by The Family Jones Distillery. This marks the distillery's inaugural straight whiskey made entirely on-site, utilizing Colorado-sourced grains exclusively. The mash bill consists of 75% rye, 15% corn, and 10% malted barley. The rye was aged for a minimum of two years in large, char #3 Cooper's Select American oak barrels and is bottled at 94 proof.

Darren Cordero 3.8

Notes of apple on the nose with a hint of charcoal. Spicy cinnamon and vanilla on the palate. Slightly oaky, too, but not in a mature or pleasing way, though it's not unpleasant either. A decent pour, if not entirely polished.

Blaine Montiel 4.3

Smooth with a clear finish. A great bottle.

Maryjane Friend 3.0

Spicy with a strong dry finish
