An elegant agave spirit. It begins with aromas of agave, wood, fruit, nuts, herbs, and spices, then develops notes of cherry, sweet oak spices, vanilla, and roasted agave. It concludes with a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of pepper, cinnamon, almond, cognac, and smoke.
For those who enjoy bourbon, this extra añejo is excellent. It's a genuinely superb bourbon, adorned with hand-painted artwork by neighborhood artists. A highly uncommon bottle.
