A balanced, un-peated, bourbon-style single malt by the Head Distiller & Lead fiddle for American Spirit Whiskey in Atlanta, Georgia, distilled in Scottish-style copper pot stills from 50% Golden Promise and 50% of the malt formerly known as Optic; bottled at 55.6% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cereal grain, nuts & vanilla; while a rich life adds notes of candied apple, cardamon, fudge & lemon; that leads to a woody death with a hint of dough.
