Very pale color, too pale. Alcoholic and honeyed nose. The first sip is clear and refreshing. The second sip is peaty and alcoholic; I'm pleasantly surprised by the precision of the peat! This French whisky seems to stand up to Scotch... Could I have found a gem among the manure that is French whisky??? A strong hint of chili and alcohol on the third sip! It seems like it's going to be aggressive, but it ultimately resolves into a magnificent peaty honey note! How do they get peat in France?? Finally, a whisky that honors our flag and our homeland. We can hold our heads high and look the Scots in the eye. Thanks to this house that managed to create a French whisky worthy of the name! These people bring us honor! Not much body, a whisky for a refined woman who likes pronounced tastes and power. Tasted in a bar in Lille. This whisky pairs perfectly with the sylph with the white top who generously offers herself to my gaze. An absolutely beautiful tart, who ignites hearts and puts bodies to attention. A quality whisky, a sylph of diaphanous beauty, a backside that could topple empires... Will the gods finally grant me their divine praises? Or will I once again be destiny's plaything? Taste with my eyes this evanescent beauty... Will the gods allow me to taste the edges of paradise with the tip of my lips?

Blake Ayres 3.5

Smells like banana bread with cream cheese frosting. It's sharp, astringent, and refreshing, with flavors of pears and cream, macerated stone fruits, apple juice, vanilla, lager yeast, and citrus peel. The finish is pretty good.
