The color is a profound red brown from the sherry influence. It improves with time. Robust, pleasant, and rather acceptable. It's hard to fathom this is 50% ABV, yet it is. A very pleasing peat note with hints of dark chocolate. Delicious, vibrant, and joyful.

Smell: Sweet/caramel, apple, a little citrus? Taste: Smoky, straw-like, oily, lots of tar in the aftertaste. Appearance: dark yellow
