Arran Machrie Moor 10 Year

Tasted semi-blind alongside Kilkerran 12 and Smokehead Rum Rebel. The nose changes significantly over time in the glass. Some bourbon cask influence, less than the Kilkerran, but more pleasant. The taste is rather ordinary, with hardly any bitterness (which is a good thing). Benefits greatly from time in the glass. Best nose of the three.

The bottle was just opened; some development is anticipated over the next few months. It has a fuller flavor than the standard machrie moor.
