Talia Bower 5.0

Appearance: The color is treacle. Swirling reveals a thin line on the glass that persists, with very slow-forming legs. Nose: An exceptionally interesting sherry bomb, abundant with pineapple and oranges, along with caramel and vanilla. It is quite stimulating and mouthwatering. Palate: Abundant flavor complexity, including tart cherries, green apple, pineapple, and kiwis, resembling a fruit salad with a perfectly balanced hot, peppery heat. Finish: A satisfyingly long finish, beginning with an intensified pepper burn. After a short while, dark chocolate bitterness and red currants appear, gradually adding a hint of salt, leaving the mouth watering for another taste. With Water: Water was not beneficial, as it diminished the pepper burn. Without that balancing flavor against the sweetness, it became less remarkable and unique. Overall: Truly remarkable and an immediate favorite, justifying its accolades.
