This brandy is among the finest I've experienced. It features notes of vanilla and oak, with a cool and prolonged finish. Ideal for unhurried sipping after a demanding day.
Subtle fruit notes are present; it bears a clear but distant resemblance to pear brandy. The alcohol is restrained, not overwhelming the aroma like some other spirits.
Reminds me of scotch, finishing sweeter.
