Arehucas 18 años 'Añejo Reserva Especial'

A sophisticated, Golden Rum from the Canary Islands distillery, aged for 18 years on-site in various European oak barrels. It begins with an aromatic bouquet of tropical blossoms, vanilla, and a trace of mango. Its rich and spicy character develops with notes of toffee, honey, molasses, and exotic spices, culminating in a refined, medium-length finish with further spice and wood notes. October 2020.

Good rum, well-rounded in the mouth, with notes of wood and a gentle sweet aftertaste that lingers. A pleasant rum to drink. Worth trying. The distillery is from Gran Canaria (not Tenerife).
