Nose: Lemon curd, citrus, salted caramel, and wine gums with a shortbread quality. Palate: Rich and dry, with nuttiness leading to lemon drops and crispness. Notes of peach and abundant vanilla emerge, finishing with mild pepper. I really enjoy this bottle. As long as this distillery continues to produce it, I'll keep buying it. To me, it's flawless. Great work!
