Philippines- This flagship Archipelago Gin rested in new, 225-liter American Oak barrels. During aging, their gin pulls flavors from the oak, including aromas of vanilla bean, caramel, dark chocolate, toasted almond, roasted nut, creme brulee, hazelnut, and toasted marshmallow.
