About this bottle
According to its historical records, Ginebra San Miguel Gin was first produced in 1834 by Destileria y Licoreria de Ayala y Compañia, the Philippines' oldest distillery. It is distilled from sugarcane and flavored with "select imported essences." Although not widely known outside its home market, where its parent company holds the top-selling beer and most popular basketball team under the same name, this gin is actually the world's best-selling, with 20.4 million cases sold in 2015.
