About this bottle
Announced in January 2022, this bottling honors Joy Spence, Appleton Estate's master blender, who is marking 40 years with the company. The rum is a mixture of five rums, including both column and pot still varieties, aged for at least 35 years. Rums up to 45 years old are also incorporated into the blend. Production was limited to 500 bottles, available at the Appleton Estate Retail Rum Experience in Jamaica and select global retailers, with the US receiving its allocation in March 2022.
